Returns Policy
We have a limited return policy on our kits, as we do not restock returned kits. We want to ensure you are happy with your product, so please review our return policy and contact us if needed.
We will be happy to take unopened, unused kits within (14) days from delivery date. Upon receiving a return package, we have the right to deny full refund if we find that the condition of the item was misrepresented.
Return process:
To initiate a return please email us at thepmuaftercareclub@gmail.com to obtain a return address. Please also include your original invoice in the package to locate your order. Any inquiries for returns will not be considered after 14 days.
We are not liable for lost packages, and the cost of shipping the return package is the customer responsability. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance for your protection. We strongly advise that you send us a tracking number via email.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct $10 from your refund total. We will only refund for the cost of the items that were approved. Once we receive returned products, please allow up to 14 days for refund to be credited back before contacting us.
Product Damage in Shipment:
If your product was damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate a return and include photos of packaging.
